ALL Puppies will be checked by a licensed Vet, in good health with shots and worming to date. Puppies will also be micro chipped and the buyer is responsible to register the microchip. Puppies need to be checked by your own licensed vet within 5 days of receiving your puppy, to verify the puppy’s good health upon arrival and to ensure you will continue to have your pup under good care. CS Cane Corso takes no responsibility for any communicable disease a puppy may receive after 5 days of puppy’s arrival. All puppies come with their tails docked and rear dewclaws removed unless previously agreed on. Puppies will be guaranteed against Hip Dysplasia for 36 months.
(We feed our dogs/puppies only high quality dog food to help ensure best possible nutrition for fast growing puppies and healthy mature dogs.) This is extremely important for the dog’s growth and continued health. We recommend you continue to feed a comparable dog food for this guarantee to hold. A Cane Corso pup who spends much of his time in a crate will also not have the Hip Dysplasia guarantee as proper exercise is equally important for proper growth and development. You will also care not to overexert the puppy until fully developed at around 2 to 3 years old. If you don’t have the time or money to properly care foryour Cane Corso don’t buy one.
You will continue with good care for your Cane Corso including all necessary
immunizations and heart worm protection.
The puppy must have an OFA or Penn Hip test done around 24 months of age (done not within 2 months of heat). If the OFA or Penn Hip results are moderate Hip Dysplasia or worse we will replace your puppy. You must notify us of this immediately. You must send us the OFA or Penn Hip papers with the dog’s microchip # on it and a picture (snapshot) of the x-ray. My vet will verify the condition to be true.
Said puppy must also be spayed/neutered (verification sent to us), and puppy’s original registration papers also sent to us before replacement is made. CS Cane Corso has first option to find new a home for the dog if you are not able to keep it. A comparable replacement puppy will replace the original pup as soon as it comes available. Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges of new puppy brought in.
Puppies will carry the CS name along with their name on their registration papers.
At CS Cane Corso we have done everything to produce stable-minded puppies, both in breeding and early socialization. It is the buyer’s responsibility to continue this by taking the puppy to kindergarten and a second obedience class before eighteen months. This will help your puppy’s confidence and make him more socialized and well mannered. Remember a cute puppy is growing into a large powerful dog and needs to be well controlled.
Dog is not allowed to be used in any illegal activates or in any breeding to dogs of another type of breed or to Cane Corso of inferior quality. We will be happy to assist you in finding a good mate for your Cane Corso. Our dogs are of superior breeding and it is our desire that their offspring carry the same quality both in temperament and conformation.
Offspring from this dog will never be sold to puppy mills or pet stores to be resold for profit. Buyer must be responsible to place all offspring directly into good homes.
Dog will not be used for breeding purposes before 18 months of age. Dogs must have a passing OFA prelim score, an OFA official passing score or Penn hip before bred.
We reserve the right to use for CS Cane Corso's breeding purposes only, any stud, bearing the CS name, should we choose to do so. This right is for 2 studs there will be no compensation for this.
If you are no longer able to keep the puppy/dog, CS Cane Corso has first option to purchase it back for no more than original purchase price.
If puppy is abused in any way (including, but not limited to, being kept on a chain) CS Cane Corso has the right to reclaim the dog at any time, with no compensation made.
Under no circumstance do we grant cash refund or except any liability for medical expense, veterinary fees or any other expense related to the care of your CS Cane Corso.
Congenital health of your puppy is also guaranteed for 36 months. You must send written vet statement describing health problem. Including contact information of said vet.
Once my vet contacts said vet and concludes statement true. Then same process as stated for Hip dysplasia will occur. Cherry Eye, Entropian and Ectropion are common conditions with all Mollosser breeds and are not covered by our guarantee.
Any breaching of this contract will make it void.
We have no other guarantee other than those stated on this document. By signing this buyer and seller agree to hold to their part of the agreement.
