Center Stage Cane Corso Show/Breed Contract

Puppies will be checked by a licensed Vet, in good health with shots and worming to
date. Puppies will also be micro chipped and the buyer is responsible to register the
microchip. Puppies need to be checked by your own licensed vet within 3 business of
receiving it to verify the puppy’s good health upon arrival and to ensure you will
continue to have your pup under good care. Center Stage Cane Corso takes no
responsibility for any communicable disease a puppy may receive after 3 business
days of puppy’s arrival. All puppies come with their tails docked and rear dewclaws
removed. Puppies will be guaranteed against HD for 36 months. (We feed our
dogs/puppies Canidae dog food to help ensure best possible nutrition for fast
growing puppies and healthy mature dogs.) This is extremely important for the dog’s
growth and continued health. We recommend you continue to feed a comparable
holistic dog food for this guarantee to hold. A Cane Corso pup who spends much of
his time in a crate will also not have the HD guarantee as proper exercise is equally
important for proper growth and development. You will also care not to overexert the
puppy until fully developed. If you don’t have the time or money to properly care for
your Cane Corso don’t buy one.

You will continue with good care for your Cane Corso including all necessary
immunizations and heartworm protection.

The puppy must have an OFA test done around 24 months of age (done not within
2 months of heat). If the OFA results are moderate HD or worse we will replace your
puppy. You must notify us of this immediately. You must send us the OFA papers with
the dog’s microchip # on it and a picture (snapshot) of the x-ray. My vet will verify the
condition to be true. Said puppy must also be spayed/neutered (verification sent to
us), and puppy’s original registration papers also sent to us before replacement is
made. Center Stage Cane Corso has first option to find new a home for the dog if you
are not able to keep it. A comparable replacement puppy will replace the original pup
as soon as it comes available. Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges of new
puppy brought in. Replacement of a puppy will be done only once on the original
puppy.

Puppies will carry the Center Stage name along with their name on their registration
papers.

At Center Stage Cane Corso  we have done everything to produce stable-minded
puppies, both in breeding and early socialization. It is the buyer’s responsibility to
continue this by taking the puppy to kindergarten and a second obedience class
before eighteen months. This will help your puppy’s confidence and make him more
socialized and well mannered. Remember a cute puppy is growing into a large
powerful dog and needs to be well controlled.

Dog is not allowed to be used in any illegal activates or in any breeding to dogs of
another type of breed or to Cane Corso of inferior quality. We will be happy to assist
you in finding a good mate for your Cane Corso. Our dogs are of superior breeding
and it is our desire that their offspring carry the same quality both in temperament
and conformation.

Offspring from this dog will never be sold to puppy mills or pet stores to be resold for
profit. Buyer must be responsible to place all offspring directly into good homes.

Dog will not be used for breeding purposes before 18 months of age. Dogs must
have a passing OFA prelim score or an OFA official passing score before bred.

We reserve the right to use for Center Stage Cane Corso's breeding purposes only,
any stud, bearing the Center Stage name, should we choose to do so. There will be no
compensation for this.

If you are no longer able to keep the puppy/dog, Center Stage Cane Corso has first
option to purchase it back for no more than original purchase price.

If puppy is abused in any way (including, but not limited to, being kept on a chain)
Center Stage Cane Corso has the right to reclaim the dog at any time, with no
compensation made.

Under no circumstance do we grant cash refund or except any liability for medical
expense, veterinary fees or any other expense related to the care of your Center Stage
Cane Corso.

Cherry Eye, Entropian and Ectropion are common conditions with all Mollosser
breeds and are not covered by our guarantee.

Any breaching of this contract will make it void.

We have no other guarantee other than those stated on this document. By signing
this buyer and seller agree to hold to their part of the agreement.
